Account Removal
Your account data is stored securely on PlayFab servers, a service operated by Microsoft. All data is encrypted at rest.
What We Store
- Username
- Email address
- Password (encrypted — never readable by us)
- Best scores and in-game progress data
How to Request Removal
To have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, send an email to:
Your removal request must meet the following conditions:
- The email must be sent from the address linked to the account you wish to remove
- The email must include your username to confirm it is the correct account
We will never ask for your password. Any request claiming otherwise
should be treated as fraudulent.
Once your request is verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from PlayFab servers.
